Customer Support Officer


  • Candidate must possess a college degree
  • Required skills: situation evaluation and analysis, strong listening skills and emphathy, time management, clear verbal communication.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Quezon City.
  • Preferably Junior Executive specializing in Customer Service (Technical) or equivalent.
  • Full Time position is available.


Responds to customer issues and complaints

Ensures customer satisfaction through follow through action on complaints
