HR MANAGER

Responsibilities

  • Reponsible for managing and implementing HR policies and procedure  as they relate to recruitment and staffing, compensation and benefits, employee relations, training and development in the achievement of the overall goals and objectives of the company 

Requirements

  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree on any course.
  • Preferably Manager specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): Superior interpersonal, coaching, communication, negotiation and consultative skills at all levels..

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management  or  equivalent.
  •         Required skill(s): compensation and benefits adminstration , recruitment  and staffing, labor law and employee relations, excellent written and verbal communication skills , strong leadership skills and interpersonal skills , computer literate
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Assistant Manager/ Manager specializing  in Human Resources Management
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Sta. Rosa or Calamba Laguna  .
  • Preferably Manager specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Full Time position(s) are available.
