MANAGEMENT TRAINEE - FINANCE

Responsibilities

  • The trainee’s assignments are rotated among the various Finance and Business Development departments in the group in order to develop familiarity with the whole organization and its functions.
  • Trainees may also get classroom instruction in subjects related to their rotational experience. Instruction may include lectures, guest speakers, projects, and oral presentations. Evaluation shall also include tests or exams to move to another level. 
  • The duration of the program may range in length from six months to two or more years depending on objectives and competencies to be developed. 
  • Upon completion of the program, your future career at MNTC can be in the field of Corporate Finance.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree or equivalent.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Caloocan City.
  • Preferably Junior Executive specializing in Finance - Corporate Finance/Investment/Merchant Banking or equivalent.
  • Full Time position(s) are available.
