LEGAL AND REGULATORY AFFAIRS STAFF

Responsibilities

  • Assist in performing the required legal, statutory and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.  
  • Assists in conducting legal research.
  • Assists in drafting reports and releasing/transmitting approved documents.
  • Assists in coordinating with administrative and other government offices, external counsel, and other relevant entities in regard to Right-of-Way matters, among other things.
  • Assists in filing real property tax returns and facilitates payment of real property taxes.
  • Arranges legitimate legal documents and file in electronic form.
  • Performs other duties as may be assigned by the superiors. 

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Bachelor's/College Degree, Law or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): MS Office.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Caloocan City.
  • Preferably Junior Executive specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
  • Full Time position(s) are available.
