Technical Service Representative in Mandaluyong

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Some college / Did not graduate or equivalent.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Mandaluyong City.
  • Preferably Fresh / Entry Level specializing in Call Center Agent or equivalent.
  • Full Time position(s) are available.

Responsibilities

- Communicate bug fixes and new product enhancements to customers
- Provide customer and technical support to customers through inbound phone, chat and email
requests.
- Independently identify, troubleshoot, document, categorize and replicate customer problems and then escalate complex problems according to defined escalation procedures
- Field inquiries across all of Client’s top devices and products, including apps, movies, magazines, books, music and hardware.
- Process warranty and replacement requests for Client's products.
- Retain ownership of all cases throughout the resolution process
- Report enhancement requests received from customer regarding hardware, application, or documentation
