Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Some college / Did not graduate or equivalent.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
  • Preferably Fresh / Entry Level specializing in Call Center Agent or equivalent.
  • Full Time position(s) are available.

Responsibilities

- Data management across a variety of data entry and administrative functions such as opening new accounts, record maintenance, product switches, financial account roll over’s, fund redemption requests, recording of deceased estates, asset/product switches and account closures 
- Handles and processes clerical data into data base systems ensuring timely and accurate data administration
- Identifying missing, fraudulent or incorrect information in Client requests
- Maintain customer data accurately
- Encode new data
- Check and validate data
- Client maintenance
