Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Some College (But did not graduate), Bachelor's/College Degree on any course.
  • Preferably Junior Executive specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.

Additional Requirements

 

  • Candidates must have atleast 1year in a quality assurance position (For telecommunication account)
  • Must be amenable to work in Quezon City 
  • Must be willing to have shifting schedule
  • Focuses on Checking/Quality Assurance
  • Make sures that all customer concerns are processed and done correctly
