A dedicated hotline handling aftersales and technical-related concern of Postpaid subscribers. This team will handle low segment calls of Sun Postpaid. They are expected to address, resolve customer complaint and escalate it to the concerned group/s if needed. The team will also conduct cross-sell/up-sell, and facilitate outbound call if necessary.
Basic Computer knowledge / Keyboarding: 25-30 wpm
Must have average to above verbal communication skills
Has experience in handling complex complaints; possess problem-solving and decision making skills.
Must have good comprehension ability and Listening skills
Must be Customer centric and Analytical skills
Product comprehension skills
Possess Customer Service and Cross Selling Skills
He/She must be okay with shifting schedule.
