Sources candidates, reviews resume, helps identify and source qualified candidates.
Maintains a network of contacts to assess candidates’ suitable for various IT and Non-IT related positions.
Works closely with Recruitment regarding projected manpower needs.
Delivers talent acquisition sourcing services to Talent Acquisition, in line with agreed service levels, requirements, priorities, approaches and plans, in order to build pipelines/pools of willing and able candidates to meet talent acquisition needs.
Designs and executes sourcing strategies that align with the business group’s staffing objectives — both short and long-term.
Mines various internal and external databases for qualified candidate leads.
Develops knowledge of assigned function, including structure of the function at competitor organizations, successful strategies to convert leads to candidates, and skills/traits available in the talent pool, based on the defined critical need from the business.
