Customer Service (Pharmaceutical Company)




·         Responsible for providing customer service to customer inquiries as they relate to health services/medical information and handling of adverse event and quality complaints in a prompt, courteous, clear and concise manner.

·         Responsible for analyzing problems and enthusiastically educating customers about health/medication and procedures.

·         Encodes all customer interactions using MS Office

·         Initiate and/or implement resolution for all customer requests and ensures that will give a satisfactory service to customers

·         Prepare reports



  • Candidate must possess at least a Some College (But did not graduate), Bachelor's/College Degree on any course.
  • Preferably Fresh / Entry Level specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Some college / Did not graduate or equivalent.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
