Operations Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES:

  • Serves as an escalation point and/or single point of contact between iPlus and Customer.
  • Responsible for operations of iPlus, Inc. project as per Service Level Agreement (SLA) criteria and/or internal metrics (Key Performance Indicators - KPI) for performance, availability, and other service attributes of the Customer.
  • Ensures quality objectives, handles volume targets, and assures quality and trust level required for these services are achieved or exceeded.
  • Provides day-to-day management and support to the Teams Leads and Team Members.
  • Provides adequate staff and manage staff for production services and ensure timely response to troubles, new project/service implementations, and planning requirements.
  • Defines and ensures implementation of processes and system requirements, including service performance reporting & tracking, operational procedures, and other company approved/issued policies & procedures.
  • Defines, develops, implements and maintains Customer Satisfaction Metrics including: participating in building and maintaining processes, service standards, policies, documentation and tools.
  • Ensures accurate tracking of costs related to or billable to the Customer.
  • Manage the team to meet overall objectives.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree on any course.
  • Preferably Senior Executive / Supervisor specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree or equivalent.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Quezon City.
  • Preferably Senior Executive / Supervisor specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
