Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

II. MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES/ KEY RESULT AREAS/ ACTIVITIES/ TASKS:

  1. Maintain the highest quality of genuine customer experience.
  2. To deliver a high level of operational effectiveness in accordance with retail best practices
  3. To assess client’s concern and provide appropriate solutions
  4. To handle product queries, e.g features, functionalities and other items unique to the product being sold
  5. Accurately explain well store guidelines and policies concerning warranty and past sales transactions
  6. Ensures that the latest demo units are displayed and are functional
  7. Must be updated in the latest products, pricing, availability and use of other products carried by the branch
  8. Able to demonstrate the product as required by the client
  9. Maybe required at times to do sample tutorial to clienteles
  10. Must be adept and updated with upgrading requirements of products
  11. Must attend to phone inquiries and shall furnish product quotation when needed
  12. Develop a deep understanding of Mac OS and iOS
  13. Work with Area Coordinators to identify and resolve more complicated problems.
  14. Address urgent issues quickly.
  15. Identify frequent issues into documented or scripted processes.
  16. Provide onsite support for software problem request.

16.  To prepare and submit reports as required by Management.

16.  Work in conjunction with development towards resolution of escalated issues.

  1. Ensures implementation of rules and regulations set by the Branch and of the Company.

17.   To protect the image of the Company at all times.

 

Requirements

  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Candidate must possess at least a TESDA / Technical / Vocational Certificate, Some College (But did not graduate), Bachelor's/College Degree on Business Studies/Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Electronic and Communication), Hospitality/Hotel and Restaurant Management.
  • Preferably Fresh / Entry Level specializing in Sales - Engineering/Technical/IT or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): Good negotiation skills, computer literate, customer oriented.

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Some college / Did not graduate, Technical Vocational / Certificate, Hospitality/Hotel and Restaurant Management, Engineering (Electronic and Communication), Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): Good negotiation skills, computer literate, customer oriented.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Pasay City.
  • Preferably Fresh / Entry Level specializing in Sales - Engineering/Technical/IT or equivalent.

  • Salary between PHP 12,000.00 - PHP 12,500.00 + incentives
