Operations Manager


The Operations Manager is responsible for leading, directing and educating the District Managers in achieving sales and transaction growth of stores under their district.  He/ She is responsible for making continuous necessary improvements to achieve stores’ optimum performance and bottom-line results.The Operations Manager regularly reviews systems and processes to allow for better efficiencies leading to the delivery of excellent quality, service and environment.She will maintain positive company morale and will represent The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf® in a professional manner and will fulfill any other duties assigned by the Managing Director and other Corporate Officers.


  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree or equivalent.
  • At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Quezon City.
  • Preferably Senior Manager specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
  • Full Time position(s) are available.
