HR Timekeeping Assistant

Responsibilities

  1. Ensures all attendance adjustments are based on properly approved official documents, and/or daily manual time-logs submitted by the stores.

  2. Produces attendance summaries after each pay-roll cut-off; transmits these on time to third party service providers for processing of billing statements, or to internal accounting department for payroll processing.

  3. Coordinates with store HR, other internal parties, external service providers (coops/agencies) on matters related to attendance records; and with MIS for problems with the computer hardware or software.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree on Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Psychology.
  • Preferably Fresh / Entry Level specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.

  • Applicants must be willing to work in Manila.
