Responsibilities

Process Personnel Request both for Operations and Merchandiser

  • Check and valide all requirements submitted

Time Keeping

  • Encoding of schedule and other time entries

  • Prepare IDs of store personnel - e.g Merchandisers, Visitors ID, and others

  • Submission of monthly reports

  • Monitoring of Manpower Plantilla

  • Preparation of Charges of personnel: Damages and Purchase

Employee Relations

  • Store incidents reporting, investigation and tracking to respective Independent Service Contractors (ISC) and Merchandiser Agencies

  • Coordinate with Independent Service Contractors (ISC) and Merchandiser Agencies for any concerns, issues and incidents

Government Relationship

  • Other HR Related Activities that may be assigned from time to time

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree on Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Psychology.
  • Preferably Junior Executive specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
