TECHNICAL MANAGER – CALAX

Responsibilities

  • Manages all engineering/technical aspects of: (1) existing facility repair and enhancement requirements and (2) future expansion project development. 
  • Manages the conduct of outsourced engineering and environmental consultancy engagements.
  • Manages the pre-Feasibility Study stage planning and preparation of the engineering aspect for the various company initiated expansion projects. 
  • Manages the planning and preparation of detailed plan of all internally initiated repair and enhancement works in coordination with the different line departments.
  • Randomly monitors the implementation of repair/enhancement work to ensure adherance to the details and applicable standards.
  • Performs other engineering functions (e.g. due diligence analysis, project investigation, plant inspection, etc.) as maybe necessary.
  • Coordinates with other concerned government agencies and other stakeholders in the conduct of project development (proposal to approval/acceptance).

Requirements

  • Graduate of Bachelor Science Civil Engineering degree
  • Licensed Civil Engineer
  • At least 8 years experience both in related field of construction and consultancy jobs
  • At least 5 years in a managerial position
