  • Provide assistance in bidding, negotiating, awarding and administering contracts for routine repairs and maintenance, planned heavy maintenance and enhancement projects as well as procurement of goods and services.
  • Review and obtain adequate purchase information of incoming approved PR.
  • Identify and prequalify suppliers in their specific field of commodity specialization.
  • Accredit core suppliers to comply accreditation procedure.
  • Check the completeness of bid documents and the subsequent bid proposals.
  • Assist the Contracts Manager in facilitating compliance to the contract of various projects.

  • Facilitate joint pre-bid meetings and site inspections.
  • Participate in the bid evaluation of various projects that are bidded out.
  • Assist and participate in bid clarifications and negotiations.
  • Facilitate and attend pre-construction meetings.
  • Attend coordination meetings, as necessary during implementation of projects.
  • Assist in monitoring the contractual submission requirements and project status.
  • Draft notes of clarification and pre-construction meetings, as necessary.


  • Graduate of Bachelor Science Civil Engineering degree
  • Licensed Civil Engineer
  • At least three to five years experience in the construction industry.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office. Ability to preapare and draft evaluation reports.
