FINANCE MANAGER– CALAX

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for: (i) management of financial resources; (ii) financial reporting and compliance; and (iii) implementing, reviewing and/or recommending financing and investment decisions.
  • Ensure efficient utilization of the company’s financial resources through the business planning and budget monitoring process.
  • Obtain financing and manage relationships with banks and other financial institutions. 
  • Manage the cashflows in accordance with the parameters of the loan agreements, shareholders’ agreement, and cash management policy.
  • Oversee the preparation of financial reports, ensure accuracy and compliance with creditors, shareholders and financial regulators.

Requirements

  • Graduate of a four-year business course
  • Preferably with a Master’s degree in business administration or financial management. 
  • At least eight (8) years experience in various areas of financial management. 
  • At least three (3) years manager experience  
  • Has strong accounting background.
  • Experienced in dealing with local and foreign banks.
  • Has experience in developing or reviewing financial projections.
