  • Establishes and implements efficient systems and procedures for the Accounting Department. Develops and implements accounting standards and procedures to ensure uniform accounting practices, adequate internal controls and compliance with orders or regulations issued by any government agencies.
  • Directs and controls preparation and maintenance of corporate financial accounting, and statistical records, including general accounting and property accounting 
  • Ensures consistent application of Accounting Policies and Procedures in accordance with GAAP/ASC
  • Reviews and approves accounts payable vouchers based on existing policies
  • Formulates and improves Accounting  polices & Procedures as needed
  • Prepares Annual Budget of the Company.
  • Review and finalize the Flash and Final Monthly Management Report and year-end audited financial statements the Company and SCTEx
  • Review and finalize the audited financial statements for submission to the Bureau of 
  • <li justify;"=""> Internal Revenue (BIR), Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)


  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Accountancy or equivalent.
  • Must be a Certified Public Accountant
  • Must be computer literate
  • Must be highly proficient in MS Excel and any Automated Financial Accouting System
  • At least two (2) years experience in the same capacity.
  • Must be analytical, hardworking, willing to extend working hours, customer service-oriented
