  • Draft Service Agreements resulting from special procurement bidding process conducted at the ODH level based on the Bid Documents/TOR and relevant post award negotiations, taking into consideration the applicable laws and other governmental requirements.
  • Conduct assessment of outsource service provider’s performance to update contractor’s status profile for possible renewal of engagement.
  • Review and collaborate with various department heads of CMD improvements in its respective policies and procedures toward the needed integration of systems at division level for optimum output of the division.
  • In-charge of outsource commercial .economic analysis service.


  • Must have exposure in Business and Contract Law during his previous work experience.
  • preferably with Construction Contract Admin Exposure.
  • Good exposure in Microsoft Office applications including Word Processing, Spreadsheets, Excel, Presentation Packages, etc.
  • Can work effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Resourceful, hardworking, dedicated and committed to meet project deadlines.
  • Able to motivate others to work well/sustain good performance through well balanced leadership that will help its superior manage the performance of the department.
