  • Candidate must possess at least a Some College (But did not graduate), Bachelor's/College Degree on Nursing.
  • Preferably Fresh / Entry Level specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, Very good analytical and mathematical skills.

Additional Requirements

  • Graduate of any 4-year course
  • Nursing graduates (who are not RNs) should have at least 1 year accumulated call center experience
  • At least 2 years college level education with 6 months customer service experience
  • Registered Nurses allowed with 1 year BPO experience    
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Very good analytical and mathematical skills
