Responsibilities

You like to make things right and that's why we like you. Your 1-2 years of Claims, Office, or Customer Service experience will be vital to this role in which you analyze and solve customer problems

 

You'll work through our various claim processing systems to complete all closed and denied cases.

 

You'll work on both simple and complex adjustments and be counted on to provide quality service to our providers through quick and accurate resolutions. 

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Some College (But did not graduate), Bachelor's/College Degree on any course.
  • Preferably Non-Executive specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
