In this role as an Appeals Representative, we'll depend on you to communicate some of our most critical information to the appropriate people regarding appeals and grievance issues, implications and decisions.

 

You’ll put your research skills to work to explore how claims were processed and, eventually, denied.

 

You’ll use the Department of Insurance guidelines to determine the outcome of each appeal and communicate the results to members and/or providers.

 

You'll combine your appeals expertise, passion for ethics and high degree of follow through to help our team deliver speedy and fair appeals.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Some College (But did not graduate), Bachelor's/College Degree on any course.
  • Preferably Non-Executive specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
