Responsibilities

In this role, you will be contacting and consulting with patients and/or their families who have outstanding medical bills.

 

While ensuring that payment is received for these bills is important, you will also need to provide assistance and support to these individuals as they may be dealing with a medical or financial crisis.

 

We will depend on you to make sure that some of our most critical information is accurate and where it needs to be, so that everything is processed correctly for our customers, the first time. 

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Some College (But did not graduate), Bachelor's/College Degree on any course.
  • Preferably Non-Executive specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.

  • Applicants must be willing to work in Quezon City or Taguig City
