Requirements

  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree on any course.
  • Preferably Junior Executive specializing in BPO/Call Center or equivalent.

Additional Requirements

  • College degree of any 4 year course, preferably in Marketing or Management
  • 2-3 years of Team Lead experience required
  • Very Good exposure to Internet
  • Knowledge about credit cards/Debit cards (would be an advantage)
  • Previous Management/Supervisory Experience in fast paced environment
  • Time management skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to use basic mathematics
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing (excellent command of the English language)
  • Demonstrated ability to succeed in a fast paced environment
  • Demonstrated customer service skills
  • Working knowledge of PC applications: word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, and email

  • Demonstrated ability to understand basic data and take appropriate action
