Responsibilities

Provide technical assistance for telephone and DSL internet services

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree on any course.
  • Preferably Non-Executive specializing in BPO/Call Center or equivalent.

Additional Requirements

  • Graduate of any 4-year course
  • Completed at least 2 years in college with 6 months customer service related experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledgeable in computer and network communication hardware & troubleshooting basic issues
  • Proficient in MS Office and internet browsing
  • Amenable to work in shifts and holidays
  • Willing to work in Libis, Quezon City
