- Handle inbound calls to inquiries coming from dental clinic staff or any representative calling from the dental office, billing department, or third party vendors
- Type of calls range from benefits and eligibility to claims / predetermination
- Candidate must possess at least a Some College (But did not graduate), Bachelor's/College Degree on any course.
- Preferably Non-Executive specializing in BPO/Call Center or equivalent.
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- Completed at least 2 years in college with 6 months customer service experience
- Above average communications skills
- Sales experience would be an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office and internet browsing
- Amenable to work in shifts and holiday
- Willing to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa
