Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College DegreeComputer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer), Engineering (Electronic and Communication) or equivalent.
  • Preferably Fresh / Entry Level specializing in Technical and Helpdesk Support or equivalent.

Responsibilities

A successful candidate will provide customer and technical support through phone, chat and email requests. He/She will independently identify, troubleshoot, document, categorize and replicate customer problems and escalate more complex problems as necessary.

Additional Requirements

- At least two (2) years of college education

- Preferably with a minimum of six (6) months call center experience

- Basic knowledge in computers including operating systems, hardware and Internet navigation

- Conversant in the English language

- Strong customer service orientation

- Willing to be assigned in Taguig City on shifting schedules

 

Additional Info

  • Salary between PHP 18,000.00 and PHP 24,000.00
  • Location: Makati City, NCR.
