HR Intern

Responsibilities

  • To directly assist the Human Resources Department with a wide range of tasks based on the department’s needs and requirements.
  • Primary task includes support services under the recruitment division; sorting and selection of applicants through various platforms, scheduling of candidates for testing and interview, test administration, data management, and other related functions deemed  necessary.
  • Responsibilities may also include assisting in planning and organizing of company employee engagement activities/ events management

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Some College (But did not graduate), Bachelor's/College Degree on any course.
  • Preferably Trainee specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.

  • Any course, with demonstrated academic excellence
  • Preferably students currently taking up a degree in Psychology and/or Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • Ability to prioritize and handle numerous tasks simultaneously
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet applications
  • Must be willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
