The Sales Transaction Support Bid Support Specialist (BSS) provides sales-related support to any business-approved opportunity in scope of the Sales Transaction Support. Such services would include but are not limited to bid facilitation, proposal development, document production, bid Solution Design & Delivery (SDD), and ICAP.
This is an entry level position for the STS account. During the first 6-12 months in the role, the employee is expected to assimilate Global Process Services culture and best practices, gain customer understanding, increase knowledge of policies, guidelines, and processes to support STS and its clients.
Candidate must possess at least a Technical Vocational / Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree or equivalent.
Preferably Fresh / Entry Level specializing in BPO/Call Center or equivalent.
