I. JOB SUMMARY!
The Customer Service Officer provides Frontline and Backroom Technical and Customer service support
to Apple Customers as part of Power Mac Center’s After-Sales service.
This position comprises of TWO (2) Main Roles, the Frontline and Backroom CSO Roles. Each roles are broken down to TWO (2) specific roles as indicated below:
• Receiving CSO
• Releasing CSO
These roles have different sets of tasks and responsibilities but with one goal:
“To provide High-Level Customer Satisfaction by building and maintaining strong customer relationships in every interaction while preserving company interests.”
The Customer Service Officer may be assigned to any of the two roles on a rotational basis or as required by business needs.
Must be Service and Customer oriented team Player. Flexible, self motivated with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and culturally dynamic organisation. Must be adept in handling difficult situations and able to handle customer complaints. Must have the ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks. Has STRONG command of the English language. Negotiation, leadership skills is a plus. Must be able to demonstrate guidance, control and direction. Pleasing personality, patient and courteous.
