The Customer Service Officer provides Frontline and Backroom Technical and Customer service support to Apple Customers as part of Power Mac Center’s After-Sales service.
This position comprises of TWO (2) Main Roles, the Frontline and Backroom CSO Roles. Each roles are broken down to TWO (2) specific roles as indicated below:
Must be Service and Customer oriented team Player. Flexible, self motivated with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and culturally dynamic organisation. Must be adept in handling difficult situations and able to handle customer complaints. Must have the ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks. Good motivational, verbal and written communication skills. Has STRONG command of the English language. Negotiation, leadership skills is a plus.
