A Customer service representative or call center agent is a teleservice representative who handles customer calls and contacts including account inquiries, complaints, or support calls. Other names for a call center agent include customer service representative (CSR), telephone sales or service representative (TSR), attendant, associate, operator, account executive or team member.




Job Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Computer and Web proficient.
  • Willing to deliver the results in Ortigas and be designated to changing work schedules.

Educational Requirement(any of the three):

  • High School Graduate with at least 6 months call center experience or;
  • Finished at least 2 years of college with at least 3 months call center experience or:
  • Finished College even without call center experience  

Job Responsibilities:

  • Follow general operations and treatments;
  • Discover and advance priority challenges per Client requirements;
  • Route troubles to best suited useful resource;
  • Properly approach and file call operations using a computer system and issued traffic monitoring computer software;
  • Deliver alternative methods where applicable with the purpose of preserving customers’ and clients’ business
