Reports to: HR Manager
Duties and Responsibilities:
Initial triage of employees, gives treatment/first-aid medication and health advice/counseling and as needed.
Refers ill employees to clinics and hospitals as necessary.
Conducts a follow through of employees who had sickness, injuries, accidents either through house or hospital visit as needed.
Assist in Pre-Employment Medical result assessment and Annual Physical Examination process.
Monitor and maintain medical and other health related records of the Employees.
Assess and reports occupation health problems and hazards with emphasis in prevention
Provides assistance pertaining to HMO and Dental benefits utilization. Assess findings and results, refer to Physician for management, monitor recommendations until illness is cleared.
Conducts inventory and utilization report of medicines and medical supplies and prepare purchase requisition as needed.
Coordinate, Attend and Conduct appropriate training and awareness regarding safety and health of all employees
Conduct screening interviews and assist applicants with departmental interviews
Liaise with Compensation and Benefits for government document facilitation.
Act as Safety Personnel - investigation and implementation of corrective action regarding Occupation Safety concerns.
Conduct interview with probationary employees and other types of interviews as may be assigned.
Assist other HR unit:
Training venue reservation, set-up and coordination with attendees
Company activities assistance
ISC personnel monitoring and weekly discussion with ISC Coordinators
Other HR Matters
Other HR Related Activities may be assigned from time to time.
