- Apply acquired understanding and practices when serving client queries
- Ensure client approval in all transactions
- Ownership of client demands as well as follow up to assure resolution was provided
- Professionally pay attention to and sort out client issues and escalate as appropriate
- Obtain and assess all applicable info to handle requests and complaints
- Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Bachelor's/College Degree on any course.
- Preferably Fresh / Entry Level specializing in BPO/Call Center or equivalent.
- Salary between PHP 22,000.00 and PHP 25,000.00
- Location: Mandaluyong City, NCR.
