Job Responsibilities:

  • Apply acquired understanding and practices when serving client queries
  • Ensure client approval in all transactions
  • Ownership of client demands as well as follow up to assure resolution was provided
  • Professionally pay attention to and sort out client issues and escalate as appropriate
  • Obtain and assess all applicable info to handle requests and complaints

 

 

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Bachelor's/College Degree on any course.
  • Preferably Fresh / Entry Level specializing in BPO/Call Center or equivalent.

Additional Information

  • Salary between PHP 22,000.00 and PHP 25,000.00
  • Location: Mandaluyong City, NCR.
