Job Responsibilities:

  • Apply acquired understanding and practices when serving client queries
  • Ensure client approval in all transactions
  • Ownership of client demands as well as follow up to assure resolution was provided
  • Professionally pay attention to and sort out client issues and escalate as appropriate
  • Obtain and assess all applicable info to handle requests and complaints



  • Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Bachelor's/College Degree on any course.
  • Preferably Fresh / Entry Level specializing in BPO/Call Center or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English.

Additional Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • No BPO experience is required for candidates that reached at least 2nd year College or possess a Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • BPO experience is required for High School Graduates
  • Good English language conversation skills
  • Computer and Web proficient
  • Willing to deliver the results in Ortigas and be designated to changing work schedules
