Job Responsibilities


• Obtain and examine all applicable details to take care of requests and complaints
• Follow up of most recent complaints and requests to assure delivery or resolution
• Accurately log highlights of all user interactions in compliance with guidelines
• Communicate and match with internal departments as needed

  • Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, TESDA / Technical / Vocational Certificate, Some College (But did not graduate), Bachelor's/College Degree, Senior High School Diploma on any course.
  • Preferably Fresh / Entry Level specializing in BPO/Call Center or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): Conversational English Communication, Computer Navigation.
  • Required language(s): English.

  • Salary between PHP 20,000.00 and PHP 40,000.00
