Sales Documentation Assistant
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
- Full-Time positions are available.
- Prepares buyer's individual folder.
- Filing of all requirements submitted by the buyer
- Ensures buyer's record are properly filed - contracts, requirements, request.
- In-charge of contract preparation such as CTS and DOAS - Collation of documents/annexes.
- Sending-out contracts to buyers for signature & coordinates with courier and admin. services.
- Routing to signatories and processing of notarization.
- Monitors and follow-up of documents and contract.
- Coordinates with Legal Department on the registration of CCTs and other documents.
- Provide aftersales service, in relation to status of their account and request such as transfer of right/units, redocumentation, etc.
- Assist sellers on their inquiry on status of their sales and requirements follow-up.
- Preferably Fresh / Entry Level specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
- Salary between PHP 18,000.00 and PHP 23,400.00
- Location: Pasig City, NCR.
