Japanese Speaking Agents (CSR)
- Preferably Fresh / Entry Level specializing in BPO/Call Center or equivalent.
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- Completed at least 2 years of college education of any course w/ Minimum 6 months relevant work experience gained in an international call center is a big advantage
- Has very good customer service orientation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Very good analytical and mathematical skills
- Knowledgeable in MS Office and internet browsing
- Experience in the health insurance business will be an advantage (but not required)
- Operating hours is 24/7
- Having a Japanese Language education is a big advantage to be qualified
- Knows how to speak, read and write in Nihonggo
- Level of familiarity in Hiragana, Katakana and Kanji is required
- START DATE: ASAP
- Salary between PHP 50,000.00 and PHP 80,000.00
- Location: Quezon City, NCR.
