  • Preferably Fresh / Entry Level specializing in BPO/Call Center or equivalent.

Additional Requirements

  • Graduate of any 4-year course
  • Completed at least 2 years of college education of any course w/ Minimum 6 months relevant work experience gained in an international call center is a big advantage
  • Has very good customer service orientation
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Very good analytical and mathematical skills
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office and internet browsing
  • Experience in the health insurance business will be an advantage (but not required)
  • Operating hours is 24/7
  • Having a Japanese Language education is a big advantage to be qualified
  • Knows how to speak, read and write in Nihonggo
  • Level of familiarity in Hiragana, Katakana and Kanji is required

  • Salary between PHP 50,000.00 and PHP 80,000.00
