The Optum Technology Development Program is a rotational program that features rotating assignments and educational sessions to accelerate your career by working closely with experienced professionals, mentors, and technology leaders. Upon completion of the program, employees are placed into positions that best match their strengths and interests.

What You Need To Know

  • This program starts in May and June 2017.

  • You’ll be working as a full-time employee and will be entitled to all benefits provided to regular employees of Optum

  • You will be mentored by leaders and professionals in the organization as part of the Technology Development Program

What We Are Looking For

  • You should be a graduating student of any information technology related field, math, science, and engineering.

  • We look for students who are self-motivated, hard-working and effective within a team setting. Consistent Dean’s Lister / Honor Student or similar awards is an advantage.

  • Strong verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills will be important.

  • You’ll need solid analytical and problem-solving skills and be comfortable working in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment.

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree on Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer), Engineering (Electronic and Communication), Engineering (Electrical), Mathematics.
  • Preferably Fresh / Entry Level specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.

  • Location: Taguig City, NCR.
