TOPSERVE SERVICE SOLUTIONS INC.
- Take messages and answer telephone calls
- File, sort, copy, and compile records on various activities, like business transactions and office activities
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Communicate with individuals related to his/her work, like the employees and customers
- Explain or disseminate information to other office personnel
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Maintain contact lists
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree on any course.
- Preferably Fresh / Entry Level specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
