Administrative Assistant - Pasig Kapitolyo

Responsibilities

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for providing administrative and clerical services in order to ensure effective and efficient operations for the Administration Department. The Administration Assistant reports to the Administration Supervisor for Fixed Asset and Office Administration.

 

            II.         MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES/ KEY RESULT AREAS/ ACTIVITIES/TASKS:

  1. Provide administrative support to ensure that operations are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner.
  2. Responsible for providing clerical services to the Administration Department including, but not limited to, office and administrative support, communications support, and project management support.
  3. Serve as a general resource for all direct inquiries from a wide variety of customers including providing information on related activities, policies, and procedures.
  4. Maintain Department’s calendar based on knowledge of goals and priorities, schedule appointments, arrange meetings, make travel arrangements, draft and edit correspondence and reports.
  5. Represent the Supervisor and the division as appropriate in communicating with internal and external customers to respond to questions, resolve issues, and gather data as needed.
  6. Coordinate and assist with planning of office activities, teleconferences, and meetings as requested.
  7. Work closely with the Administration Supervisor to coordinate efforts towards meeting deadlines and clarifying priorities.
  8. Work in conjunction with the Supervisor on a variety of projects and activities, including project development, task management, coordination and implementation.
  9.  Identify and resolve administrative problems and issues.

  12. Establish and maintain organized paper and electronic filing systems according to office procedures to ensure the expeditious retrieval of information.
  13.  Scan office materials, locate and compile information and format reports, graphs, tables, records, and other sources of information.
  14. Required to perform other functions as needed.

 

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree on Accounting, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance, Logistic/Transportation.
  • Preferably Fresh / Entry Level specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.

Additional Information

  • Salary between PHP 12,000.00 and PHP 15,000.00
  • Location: Pasig City, NCR.
  • Full Time position(s) are available.
