Basic Qualifications:

• Completed at least 2 Years in College w/ atleast 1 year of Call center exp from any US Voice account with or w/o CSAT & NPS as 

part of operational metrics (no hopper)
• Above Average Communication skills
• Good comprehension skills
• Basic knowledge with MS Office
• Good interpersonal, analytical & problem solving skills
• Willing to work on Graveyard/Shifting Schedule & Holidays
• Willing to work in Libis, QC
