Full execution of the recruitment process (including job posting, phone interviewing, job interviewing, administration of exams, conducting background check, giving regular updates to applicants and requestors)
Submit weekly Hiring report to Corporate Recruitment Team.
Monitor employee manpower and turnovers.
Orient newly hired employees regarding company code of conduct, company activities, and other implemented guidelines.
Responsible for the request and issuance of uniforms and company ID
Assist newly hired employees for the completion of required government forms for updating and transfer
Prepare 3rd and 5th month performance evaluation of probationary employees in coordination with their immediate head
In-charge for the administration of Goals and Performance Appraisal
Assists in preparation and execution of company sponsored activities (Company Outing, Christmas Party)
Responsible for employees’ disciplinary action
Responsible in preparation and execution of internal and external trainings
Source out other trainings
Responsible on employee Competency Matrix and Gap Analysis
Monitor and evaluate the employees’ training effectivity.
Create a yearly training plan
Collaborate to corporate training team
Other tasks may be assigned from time to time
Must be a graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology
With at least 1 year of experience in training and recruitment
Has strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent problem identification and resolution skills
Ability to interact and work with all levels of employees
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
