Minimum Qualifications:
• Undergraduate (completed 2nd yr college) with 1 year customer service related experience
• Minimum 1 year of  call center experience in 1 call center from any US Voice account with or without CSAT and NPS as part of operational metrics
• Fresh graduates with exceptional communication skills are welcome to apply
• Good interpersonal skills
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Good comprehension skills
• Basic knowledge with MS Office
• Willing to work on weekends and holidays
• Amenable to work in Libis, QC
