Responsibilities

  1. Install company products at customer sites, ensure that they are working effectively, and provide any necessary training and instruction to users.

  2. Carry out the on-site repair of company products and ensure that there are working effectively.

  3. Respond to technical enquiries from customers and ensure that any problems presented are resolved to their satisfaction.

  4. Undertake the testing of company products and equipment, as requested, to ensure that they are working effectively.

  5. Reports problems with company products to relevant company staff to ensure that these are resolved.

  6. Maintain an awareness of developments in company products to ensure that the company continues to provide up-to-date services.

  7. Provide technical pre-sales services such as but not limited to doing product demonstrations, proof of concept, technical presentation and technical consultation.

  8. Attend trainings and pass certifications as may be required by the company.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree on Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer), Engineering (Electronic and Communication).
  • Preferably Junior Executive specializing in Technical and Helpdesk Support or equivalent.

Additional Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics Communication Engineering, Information Technology and Computer Science.

  • 1 – 2 years’ experience in the same industry.

  • Familiar with virtualization hypervisor, basic networking, and Network Attached Storage.

  • Willing to travel both local and international.
