- Will perform facility assignment, facility reservation and correction of service orders.
- Handles Switch Activation or deactivation for new install, aftersales and treatment for NGN Copper facilities.
- Consistently able to report downtime and any production dependencies
- Will handle switch activation helpdesk and give updates immediately regardless of dependencies.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree on Computer Science/Information Technology.
- Preferably Non-Executive specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Candidate must be detail oriented.
- Can communicate properly with colleagues.
- Results Driven
- Willing to provide extra work time if needed.
- No work experience required but experience in database management is a plus.
- Willing to be assigned either Sampaloc Manila or Makati City.
- Location: Makati City, NCR.
