Job Responsibilities:
-Analyze and solve technological components and computer software difficulties regarding internet online connectivity, e-mail consumers and more;
-Research necessary details using obtainable means;
-Follow usual techniques and methods;
-Discover and elevate priority difficulties per Client specs;
-Reroute troubles to best suited useful resource;
-Properly approach and file call dealings using a personal computer and given monitoring computer software;


  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Senior High School Diploma on any course.
  • Preferably Fresh / Entry Level specializing in BPO/Call Center or equivalent.

Additional Requirements

Job Requirements:

-No BPO experience is required for candidates that reached at least 2nd year College or possess a Bachelor's Degree in any field
-BPO experience is required for High School Graduates
-Good English language conversation skills
-Computer and Web proficient
-Willing to deliver the results in Ortigas and be designated to changing work schedules
