Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree on Accounting, Business Studies/Administration/Management.
  • Preferably Fresh Grad / Entry Level specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material and Warehouse Management or equivalent.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in [Specialization] or equivalent.
  • Knowledge in ERIC System is an advantage but not necessary
  • With good communications skills

Job Description

  • Process daily sales orders using ERIC system
  • Responsible for processing returns to supplier transaction to ensure replacement of defective products or processing of credit note.

  • In-charge of monitoring all transactions related with item return request (IRR’s) to ensure compliance with procedures both internal and external.

  • Updates serial numbers of product parts in the ERIC system to ensure operations is updated on time.

  • Coordinates with warehouse department for serial number uploading to the ERIC system.

  • Provides update to sales group on allocated serial numbers thru emails.

  • Performs other related activities required by the management in the conduct of its business.
